SoC Chip Lead / design manager

Own end-to-end delivery of the first T28 industrial ASIC for the ASM Industrial business, combining SoC technical leadership with functional team management. Drive architecture-to-RTL-to-silicon execution, manage PPA trade-offs, and lead pre- and post-silicon bring-up and validation. Coordinate across RTL, DV, DFT, PD, and validation, while partnering with architecture, IP, firmware/software, product, and business teams to ensure first-time-right silicon.
