Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Portfolio Managers and/or Underwriters to support complex underwriting, structuring, and ongoing monitoring of commercial credit relationships.
  • •Independently analyze borrower and guarantor financial statements, assessing cash flow sustainability, leverage, liquidity, and profitability trends.
  • •Draft concise credit approval memoranda with company/industry analysis, identification/assessment of credit risks and mitigants, and base/downside projection modeling.
  • •Develop/review/validate financial charts, projection models, and sensitivity analyses; ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness across internal systems and reports.
  • •Manage portfolio monitoring activities including covenant compliance, financial statement reviews, execution/validation of risk rating models, and escalate emerging risks and policy exceptions as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in Commercial Banking, credit analysis, underwriting, or a related role.
  • •Strong financial analysis and credit risk assessment, including building/reviewing financial models and projections.
  • •Advanced working knowledge of commercial banking products, services, and credit structures.
  • •General knowledge of U.S. banking regulations and supervisory expectations, with proficiency in internal banking systems.
