Conduct training needs analysis, create annual and monthly learning calendars, and work with retail partners and the Retail School to align programs with business objectives. Deliver sales/service/product development programs through workshops, coaching, and mentoring during store visits, and monitor training quality, feedback, and action plan follow-up.
