Job Summary

Deliver operational value to Starlink by ensuring global tax and e-invoicing compliance. Lead planning and resource management for verticals, identify and execute strategic business initiatives, and analyze impacts of key decisions. Drive process and system enhancements that streamline handoffs, improve execution across teams, and evolve the customer experience—while partnering cross-functionally and with external providers. Support ad hoc projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Gather data and coordinate with external service providers to prepare documents compliant with local tax and e-invoicing requirements.
•Guide planning and resource management for Starlink verticals, including development of business models.
•Identify and execute initiatives to improve Starlink’s business outlook in partnership with leadership.
•Analyze the impact of proposed business decisions with stakeholders.
•Identify and lead process and system enhancements to improve handoffs, execution, and scalability across teams, balancing resources.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in STEM, business, economics, or finance OR a high school diploma/equivalency with 3+ years of professional experience.
•1+ year of experience working abroad or with corporate operations outside of the United States.
•1+ year of experience using analytical skills (e.g., Microsoft Office applications, Excel modeling).
•Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives.
•Ability to define and manage a project independently.
