Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan Verification and Validation across Boeing Test & Evaluation and Systems Engineering, including compliance and contract acceptance through launch site support.
  • •Develop and govern integrated test strategy, test architecture, and test methodology process for end-to-end integrated test programs.
  • •Provide technical authority for test readiness reviews and post-test reviews, guiding preparation, content, and compliance.
  • •Partner with Systems Engineering to define Test & Special Test Equipment requirements and develop I&T flow/CONOPS for test plans and architecture.
  • •Resolve or oversee resolution of off-nominal test data and investigate complex test anomalies using formal processes (RCCA/AAR), capturing lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  • •3+ years of experience in verification and validation of complex systems.
  • •3+ years of experience in test and evaluation engineering.
  • •5+ years of related work experience (or equivalent combination of technical education and experience).
  • •5+ years of experience leading complex T&E projects requiring V&V and systems engineering skills.
