Lead facility and machine maintenance at a Greenville manufacturing site, ensuring reliable, safe operation of plant assets. Build and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, run storeroom and inventory controls, and manage maintenance budgets. Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and productivity initiatives, coach maintenance and maintenance engineering teams, and reduce downtime using reliability methods and root-cause analysis. Partner cross-functionally across Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, EHS, and Quality.
