Key Responsibilities

•Lead HR initiatives and projects across Netherlands and provide support for Germany and other EMEA countries as needed
•Deliver seamless HR service in collaboration with HR operations, benefits, project teams, global mobility, payroll and office management
•Provide coaching to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
•Act as liaison with Netherlands Works Council to foster positive employee relations and support organizational alignment
•Represent the company on employment matters in collaboration with our legal department

Key Requirements

•5+ years of HR experience, ideally as a Regional HR Business Partner or HR Manager

•Experience navigating employee relations matters and conducting workplace investigations
