Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide oversight of reconciling assigned accounts accurately and efficiently within relevant deadlines.
  • •Ensure queries are answered in line with department procedures and support completion within service level agreements.
  • •Manage work queue completion, attend team meetings, and maintain close working relationships with internal TA areas and external stakeholders.
  • •Perform quality checking and final sign-off of reporting prior to internal/external distribution, ensuring reporting delivery by agreed deadlines.
  • •Escalation point of contact for reconciliation team queries, support audit/compliance data provision, and represent the team at regular meetings as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrate detailed working knowledge of cash management and reconciliations.
  • •Ability to review and resolve complex issues under pressure while meeting challenging deadlines.
  • •Customer service experience preferred.
  • •Strong planning and organisation skills with a flexible approach to work.
  • •Knowledge and understanding of working within a regulatory environment.
