Job Summary

Own lending solutions product strategy and proposition across origination, decisioning, fulfilment, servicing, and collections. Define target segments, customer needs, value propositions, and drive the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and optimisation (including migrations and retirement). Lead roadmap, agile delivery, epics and user stories, and release planning while partnering with IT, Risk, and Loan Operations to deliver scalable, compliant customer and portfolio outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Define target segments, customer needs, and value propositions, and identify where the product wins.
•Own the product lifecycle from ideation, discovery, build, launch, optimisation, and migration/retirement as needed.
•Translate business strategy into customer journeys and feature sets across origination, decisioning, fulfilment, servicing, and collections.
•Build and manage a prioritised backlog and roadmap; write epics/features/user stories with acceptance criteria and traceability.
•Ensure responsible lending alignment by design, partner with Credit Risk and Compliance/Legal, and drive controls, KPIs, and incident/compliance remediation.

Key Requirements

•Min. 5-8 years of product management experience with lending experience strongly preferred.
•Strong product discovery and delivery capability, including customer research and OKRs/outcome-based roadmaps.
•Excellent requirements writing to translate complex lending needs into buildable, testable solutions.
•Experience leading Agile teams and partnering effectively with engineers and architects.
•Working knowledge of credit risk and fraud concepts (e.g., risk-based pricing, scorecards/rules, portfolio monitoring) in a regulated lending environment.
