Key Responsibilities

•Deliver lessons that inspire students to succeed and achieve best possible outcomes.
•Plan engaging, differentiated lessons aligned to curriculum requirements.
•Organize the classroom provision and learning resources; create displays to support a positive learning environment.
•Assess and record student development in line with school assessments using Target Tracker; use data to inform planning and intervention.
•Manage classes effectively and maintain positive relationships with pupils; follow the school behaviour policy and communicate with parents/carers on progress.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in the related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification.
•Minimum 1-2 years teaching experience.
•Previous experience working with students for whom English is not their first language.
•Passion for teaching and commitment to educating the whole child with professionalism and child wellbeing in mind.
•A clean enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check or police check.
