Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Senior Designer and Senior Design Director in the design and development of Women’s Shoes in line with the collection direction set by the Creative Director.
  • •Assist in the creation of seasonal concepts by contributing ideas, sketches, and research for review.
  • •Translate design direction into commercially relevant product, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetic and market trends.
  • •Support the preparation of design specifications, including materials, components, and construction details.
  • •Conduct research into trends, materials, and techniques, sharing insights with the wider design team.

Key Requirements

  • •Fashion/Design Degree or equivalent experience.
  • •Experience in footwear design, ideally with exposure to Women’s Shoes.

  • •Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
