Key Responsibilities

•Support the Senior Designer and Senior Design Director in the design and development of Women’s Shoes in line with the collection direction set by the Creative Director.
•Assist in the creation of seasonal concepts by contributing ideas, sketches, and research for review.
•Translate design direction into commercially relevant product, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetic and market trends.
•Support the preparation of design specifications, including materials, components, and construction details.
•Conduct research into trends, materials, and techniques, sharing insights with the wider design team.

Key Requirements

•Fashion/Design Degree or equivalent experience.

•Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
