Key Responsibilities

•Lead and drive the regional requirements of the Retail Business, collecting, analyzing and consolidating regional needs for back-office applications (BOSS/SAP, PDA, labeling) and upcoming tools.
•Ensure design and configuration of back-office applications (SAP S/4, in-store digital tools) reflects regional needs and operational constraints.
•Contribute to defining target business processes by integrating regional specifics, simplifying, optimizing or digitalizing retail processes.
•Participate in design and testing phases of tech projects involving local retail business and cross-functional teams; review and validate detailed functional specifications and assist in UAT.
•Coordinate deployment, go-live support, training, and change management across regions; communicate progress and share best practices to ensure consistent tool usage.

Key Requirements

•Must have experience leading regional requirements for retail back-office applications (e.g., SAP S/4, BOSS) and consolidating needs across multiple markets.
•Proven ability to collect, analyze and translate regional needs for back-office tools (PDA, labeling, SAP-related solutions).
•Experience in designing and configuring back-office systems to support store operations, ensuring alignment with business constraints.
•Strong involvement in design, testing, and UAT to ensure ERP and digital tools meet business and legal requirements.
•Fluency in English; knowledge of French is a plus and working in an international, multi-market environment is expected.
