Lead end-user lifecycle operations across licensing, Microsoft tenant governance, and endpoint/PC lifecycle processes for a remote Infrastructure & Support Services team. Own licensing program oversight (true-ups, compliance posture, audit-ready documentation), govern Microsoft tenant administration, and drive PC procurement, asset tracking, deployments, and depot operations with secure chain-of-custody controls. Partner cross-functionally across SAM/ITAM, Identity/Security, Engineering, IT leadership, Service Desk, Procurement, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

•Own operational governance for licensing programs, including renewal calendars, compliance posture, internal controls, and audit-ready traceability.
•Lead the true-up/true-down process, reconciling entitlements vs. consumption by partnering with SAM/ITAM, endpoint engineering, identity teams, and Finance.
•Provide governance and oversight for Microsoft tenant management (M365/Azure/Entra ID), including role-based access, privileged access processes, and change controls with Security/Identity.
•Manage PC procurement and end-user lifecycle operations: demand planning inputs, ordering workflows, purchase-to-receipt tracking, asset tracking/governance, and secure chain-of-custody disposal.
•Oversee vendor performance and process governance by defining/improving SOPs and controls, producing reporting on license utilization/compliance risk/optimization, and coordinating deployments and depot operations.

Salary: USD 110,600 - 178,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent experience.
•5+ years of experience in at least two areas including Microsoft licensing/SAM, IT asset management, endpoint/desktop operations, procurement operations, or IT service management.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft licensing concepts (subscriptions vs. enterprise agreements, compliance, true-ups) and ability to partner with licensing specialists and resellers.
•Experience managing operational processes with strong controls, approvals, audit trails, and documentation.
•Experience with endpoint lifecycle operations including procurement, inventory, deployment logistics, and depot/warehouse operations.
