Key Responsibilities

  • •Interact with guests in the aquarium, sharing information about marine life and aquarium theming.
  • •Maintain knowledge of marine species, aquarium systems, animal care, and conservation threats and actions.
  • •Deliver formal and informal conservation education programming and marine animal activities as needed.
  • •Ensure clean and safe guest environments and comply with correct animal welfare practices and SOPs.
  • •Use learning resources, accept feedback from trainings and assessments, and conduct research to improve presentations; facilitate guest surveys and feedback.
