Key Responsibilities

  • •Own commercial finance for the ARS Group with a single view of orders, revenue, price, mix, and product-line profitability across divisions, supporting $8+ billion in sales.
  • •Establish the ARS commercial finance operating model (processes, standard work, tools, calendars, and KPIs) aligned with ES-A and Electrical Sector commercial finance leadership.
  • •Lead short-, mid-, and long-term revenue planning and forecasting, including SIOP input and translating output into financial forecasts with high forecast fidelity.
  • •Drive pricing, profitability, and portfolio management, including pricing rigor, gross-to-net and incentive analysis, profitability projects, and head-and-tail/mix/complexity management.
  • •Evaluate deals and contracts for financial impact and risk (credit, market, operational) and support negotiation of financial terms, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and internal policy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
