Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive product compliance assessments and provide project implementation support for regulatory compliance for Eaton Aero products (e.g., REACH, AD-DSL, ELV, RoHS, CP-65, POP).
  • •Support Boyd Thermal business with local product development and engineering services for product stewardship to the global engineering team.
  • •Study and translate customer product compliance requirements into applicable projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, quality, plant manufacturing, supply chain, sales).
  • •Monitor project progress and achievements and provide regular reports on development and support activities.
  • •Track upcoming regulatory requirements, communicate findings to the team, and support continuous process improvements using digital/automation tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability/Environmental science/Chemical/Mechanical/Electronics or Electricals engineering with 0–1 year experience and curiosity in product stewardship.
  • •Basic knowledge of engineering/science and arithmetic concepts like material, weight, volume, density, mass, units, and measurement methods.
  • •Theoretical understanding of product stewardship and regulations including REACH, RoHS, TSCA, PFAS, Prop65, and related applicability/interpretation.
  • •Energetic willingness to learn new areas and collaborate with local/global suppliers for compliance data-related activities.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain technical concepts.
