Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage a cost management team, ensuring delivery of accountabilities.
  • •Interface with clients, stakeholders, and consultants across all project stages; maintain strong client communications.
  • •Perform quantity surveying, cost controls, and change management across the project lifecycle.
  • •Own reporting on overall commercial status and drive Turner & Townsend best practice throughout project/program delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related construction field.
  • •Minimum 8 years of relevant cost management experience in the construction industry.
  • •Graduate degree in quantity surveying, cost management, construction management, or engineering (preferred).
  • •SME in Quantity Surveying with RICS certification or equivalent accreditation.
  • •Excellent presentation, verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
