Key Responsibilities

  • •Convey brand philosophy and stories to customers, consistently engaging to create enthusiastic, diverse brand experiences.
  • •Know product knowledge and applications; actively listen to customers’ sport needs and provide professional solutions.
  • •Adjust product displays according to standards, including daily replenishment and seasonal adjustments; manage goods per operational standards (incoming goods/returns/inventory/ shrinkage) and cashiering duties (checkout/account reconciliation/returns)
  • •Cooperate proactively with the store manager or a stand-in to complete daily work plans and ensure smooth handovers.
  • •Lead product training/social content/cl community activities within store projects and provide feedback during store meetings to help achieve action plans

Key Requirements

  • •Brand knowledge and brand storytelling with proactive customer interaction to create a warm, diverse brand experience
  • •Knowledge of products and use cases; listen to customer运动需求 and provide professional solutions for different activities
  • •Merchandising skills including arranging displays, replenishment, and seasonal adjustments
  • •Operational proficiency in stock management (receiving/returns/inventory loss prevention) and cashiering (checkout, reconciliation, POS system)
  • •Ability to cooperate with store manager or acting manager to complete daily work plans and handovers; actively participate in store meetings and share feedback
