Job Summary

Perform general labor tasks for construction projects, including shoveling, raking, traffic control, moving materials, and setting/cleaning concrete forms. Participate in safety compliance and daily safety assignments using MSHA/OSHA/DOT requirements. Help signal equipment operators, level earth and aggregates, pour and finish concrete, and assist with reinforcement placement and curing while maintaining strong housekeeping and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow all safety rules and regulations of MSHA/OSHA/DOT and Pennsy Supply.
•Complete daily safety assignments (area inspections, pre-shifts, JSA’s, TRACK).
•Signal operators of construction equipment to support alignment and movement.
•Level earth/aggregates and hot asphalt mix to grade specifications; load/unload and carry tools, equipment, and materials.
•Assist with roadway plan/standard drawing work and concrete formwork tasks, including reinforcement placement, finishing, and curing, under foreman direction.
