Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative analytics field (Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data/Business Analysis, Data Science) or equivalent related experience.
  • •2 years of experience in data/analytics or functional business experience within the relevant industry of responsibility (e.g., P&C, Bank, Finance).
  • •Intermediate knowledge of mathematical and statistical techniques used for fact-based decision-making.
  • •Intermediate knowledge of data analysis tools, data visualization, and developing analysis queries/procedures in SQL, SAS, BI tools, or other analysis software.
  • •Ability to design and evaluate test-and-learn strategies using statistical principles (e.g., hypothesis testing, confidence intervals, statistical significance).
