Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate APAC long-range demand planning by translating global direction into country, channel, and category guidance.
  • •Manage monthly Middle Out Planning by consolidating forecasts, identifying gaps/opportunities, and aligning regional recommendations.
  • •Analyze demand trends and planning metrics (sell-through, forecast accuracy, inventory, revenue, margin, open-to-buy) to support decisions.
  • •Develop regional benchmarks, scenarios, and recommendations to enable consistent, fact-based country decisions.
  • •Partner with Merchandising, Finance, Supply Planning, and country teams on assortment, inventory, shortages/excess stock, and deployment actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Merchandising, Analytics, or related field.
  • •3 to 5 years of experience in demand planning, merchandise planning, inventory management, or related planning.
  • •Strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory planning, Open-to-Buy, and related planning processes.
  • •Strong analytical skills to translate data into clear, actionable business insights.
  • •Experience with planning systems and reporting tools (o9 and Power BI preferred).
