•Serve as the single intake point for website requests and manage scoping, classification, and prioritization.
•Lead a team of 2-3 freelance web developers with sprint planning, assignment, review, and quality/deadline ownership.
•Own vendor relationships, capacity planning, and QA for everything the external team ships.
•Lead the ground-up rebuild of the website on Webflow, including CMS architecture, migration, and coordination across workstreams.
•Build responsive, pixel-perfect pages from Figma and optimize performance, Core Web Vitals, SEO, CRO, and accessibility.
