Drive Trane’s Lean transformation in Grand Rapids by coaching leaders and teams to adopt continuous improvement practices. Conduct process mapping, identify waste in procedures and controls, and plan Rapid Improvement Events and “Just Do Its” to improve productivity. Train line leaders and office staff on core Lean principles such as standardized work and visual management, and partner with managers and supervisors to sustain operational excellence.
