Job Summary

Lead IT category sourcing as part of the Global Supply Chain Sourcing team, handling complex software contract renewals from forecast through execution. Drive strategic sourcing initiatives, vendor evaluation, negotiation/award, and contract management with SRM and governance/compliance. Serve as the IT escalation lead for managed services and internal procurement, and lead day-to-day contract operations, including SOP enhancements and tactical tracking to deliver multi-year savings.

•Lead and structure complex IT software contract renewals, including license management and multi-year savings tracking.
•Plan and execute strategic sourcing initiatives: evaluate vendors, negotiate/award, manage contracts, and support SRM and implementation.
•Act as the central IT escalation lead for managed services provider and internal IT software procurement team, including VIP/C-suite support.
•Manage day-to-day IT software procurement team operations: contract review/approval, tactical tracking and administration.
•Enhance SOPs (standard operating procedures) for continuous improvement and governance/compliance activities.

Key Requirements

•9+ years procurement experience in strategic sourcing and contract management within a global, complex corporate environment; management consulting background preferred.
•5+ years in an IT technology category (software and IT-related labor), with software focus required.
•Experience managing VAR/resellers and negotiating IT software contract renewals.
•Demonstrated stakeholder management across IT, Finance, Legal, Cybersecurity, and business teams.
•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Strategy, Finance, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Legal, or quantitative discipline); MBA preferred.
