Job Summary

Lead Dow’s MobilityScience™ global growth agenda as an enterprise executive, translating market disruption across electrification, batteries, power electronics, lightweighting, automation, and sustainable materials into scalable commercial opportunities. Own the MobilityScience™ growth platform strategy, roadmap, operating model, and execution cadence, build value-chain and OEM/tier engagement plans, and govern a high-value pipeline of innovation investments to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Set and lead the global MobilityScience™ growth strategy, delivering greater than $1B in growth through planning, execution, and performance management.
•Build and scale the MobilityScience™ growth platform by identifying priority applications, value pools, market opportunities, and strategic bets.
•Accelerate innovation commercialization by partnering with R&D, businesses, regions, and customers, and governing programs with clear milestones and measurable outcomes.
•Define and activate brand-owner and strategic customer engagement plans to bring one Dow voice to OEMs, tiers, and value chain partners.
•Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic investments to strengthen the portfolio, expand market access, and position the company for long-term growth.

Key Requirements

•Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Physics.
•10+ years of progressive experience in the Automotive industry.
•Experience leading and executing enterprise-level or business segment strategic initiatives with measurable outcomes.
•Experience leading a globally distributed team and driving alignment, performance, and collaboration across regions and cultures.
•Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship/support (including U.S. permanent residency/green card process).
