Job Summary

Own end-to-end operational support for offices, coworking spaces, and temporary workspaces across the MENA region. Launch new locations by sourcing sites, negotiating leases, coordinating contracts, and setting up office essentials. Manage ongoing operations through maintenance, relocations, vendor SLA control, and contractor management. Handle operational contracts and documentation with Legal/Finance and support regional OPEX tracking with FP&A, maintaining trackers in Google Sheets and Jira.

Key Responsibilities

•Launch new offices, D-Hubs, and coworking spaces, including sourcing locations, negotiating leases, coordinating contract signing, and office setup.
•Support existing offices with maintenance, repairs, relocations, and day-to-day office experience.
•Manage local vendors and contractors through tenders, quotations, and quality/timeline control for services like internet, cleaning, security, and maintenance.
•Handle operational contracts and documentation with Legal, Corporate, and Finance, including renewals, KYC, and invoices.
•Support regional budgeting via OPEX tracking, payment coordination with FP&A, cost optimization, and maintain operational trackers and vendor databases in Google Sheets and Jira.

•Upper-Intermediate English or higher and strong business communication.
•Knowledge of French or familiarity with MENA region specifics (legislation, KYC/AML, cultural context) is a plus.
