Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain accurate, complete, and current RCM data across repositories, inventories, trackers, and document libraries, including data-quality checks and anomaly investigation.
  • •Collect, validate, and analyze RCM data to identify trends, exceptions, overdue activity, and areas requiring management attention.
  • •Prepare scheduled reporting, dashboards, and management information for governance forums and support ad-hoc reporting and data requests.
  • •Support governance forums and working groups by preparing agendas/papers/presentations, coordinating logistics, and maintaining action logs and governance records.
  • •Track agreed actions to completion, follow up with owners, escalate delays/risks/gaps, and serve as a first point of contact for stakeholder questions on the RCM process and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •1–3 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • •A college or university degree (or equivalent relevant work experience).
  • •Demonstrated experience producing accurate reporting/management information and maintaining structured data, records, or repositories.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint; experience with workflow/reporting/data-visualization tools is advantageous.
  • •Strong analytical problem-solving skills with disciplined attention to detail, documentation, traceability, and control.
