Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to commercial proposals and execution of corporate financing mandates in syndicated credit formats (refinancings, acquisition financings, capex lines, general purposes)
  • •Prepare client-facing materials (pitches, responses to tenders/calls for bids, acquisition capacity)
  • •Produce syndicated credit market summaries (trends, types, rankings, press reviews)
  • •Draft syndication support documents (information memorandums, bank presentations, credit memos)
  • •Support deal operations follow-up (legal tracking) and the syndication process (coordination with lenders/lawyers/clients, syndication reports, allocations, press releases)

Key Requirements

  • •Student at a Grande Ecole of Business/University/Engineering School at M1 or M2 level
  • •Good knowledge of Finance and sensitivity to market issues
