Job Summary

Drive backend server testing for TikTok’s global e-commerce experience, improving system stability through monitoring, load testing, chaos engineering, and CI/CD. •Responsible for backend server testing and improving system stability, including monitoring setup, load testing, chaos engineering, and CI/CD.
•Develop robust, high-quality test automation solutions for functional, regression, and performance testing.
•Automate test cases and write reusable scripts/tools to streamline team efforts and reduce repetitive work.
•Identify and address efficiency bottlenecks by researching and improving testing processes, tools, and frameworks.
•Participate in PRD and architectural design reviews, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to automate acceptance testing.
