Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape and optimize the global network footprint, including site roles, capacity, capabilities, technologies, processes, and investment priorities.
  • •Lead end-to-end improvement and standardization of refurbishment, reprocessing, and reverse logistics operations.
  • •Drive digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement to enhance quality, productivity, delivery, cost, and service performance.
  • •Establish global performance measures and governance, and develop business cases and strategic recommendations for network and technology investments.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Business Management, or related discipline.
  • •At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing.
  • •Strong expertise in capacity planning, network optimization, operational excellence, and process standardization.
  • •Strategic and analytical thinking with business and financial acumen, including experience building business cases and investment proposals.
  • •Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change across functions, regions, and sites; fluent English (additional languages a plus).
