Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, including demand review, supply planning, and executive alignment.
  • •Develop feasible production and planning schedules aligned with capacity, materials availability, and customer priorities.
  • •Oversee end-to-end materials planning, inventory optimization, and supplier sourcing/performance management.
  • •Manage outbound/inbound logistics and warehouse/distribution processes to achieve on-time, in-full (DIFOT) delivery.
  • •Ensure import/export compliance and manage trading business supply operations, coordinating with Sales and Commercial for product availability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of supply chain experience with exposure to production planning, materials planning, logistics & distribution, and import/export operations.
  • •Experience in supplier management, including sourcing, evaluation, and performance management.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and strong ERP/planning system knowledge (e.g., QAD or similar).
  • •Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
