Job Summary

Samsara is hiring a high‑volume Sales Recruiter for the EMEA region to fuel growth by sourcing and hiring Account Executives (AEs) and Account Development Representatives (ADRs). You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting, build outbound sourcing strategies, and partner with Sales leaders to align hiring plans, while acting as a brand ambassador to attract top sales talent across Europe.

•Drive High-Volume Pipelines: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for AE and ADR roles, maintaining the resilience needed for exceptional quality in an always on hiring environment.
•Suss Out Top Talent: Use your deep understanding of the sales mentality to qualify candidates, ensuring they have the drive and growth mindset required for Samsara.
•Be Energised by our Mission: Act as a passionate brand ambassador, persuasively articulating our vision to digitize the global economy and attracting top-tier talent in a competitive landscape.
•Be Scrappy & Innovative: Build creative outbound sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, referrals, and new technologies to unblock pipelines and find solutions where others see dead ends.
•Partner with Sales Leaders: Collaborate closely with Sales managers to align on hiring plans and provide data-driven insights to influence hiring decisions.
