Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose medical conditions, and manage acute and chronic illnesses while considering their impact on mental health.
  • •Prescribe and manage medications, ensuring safe and effective use with attention to interactions with psychiatric medications.
  • •Perform routine physical examinations and preventive health screenings, integrating findings with mental health care plans.
  • •Educate members on health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic condition management with emphasis on physical and mental well-being.
  • •Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records and participate in ongoing professional development and regular team meetings to review patient care.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 190 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •NP degree from an accredited school or an MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school is required.
  • •Current, unrestricted license to practice medicine in California.
  • •Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty.
  • •For NP PCP candidates: 5+ years RN experience prior to PCP licensure and 1+ year experience as an FNP is preferred.
  • •Previous experience working independently as a PCP; excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
