Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect optimization analyses and forecasts to identify opportunities across Growth, Strategy, Revenue, Marketing, and Product.
  • •Partner with executive leadership to translate complex analysis into clear decisions and process changes.
  • •Design counterfactual analyses and A/B tests to drive data-driven evolution of UX, product features, and customer experience.
  • •Build data apps that automate and improve sales and marketing processes.
  • •Own projects end-to-end—from framing business questions to shipping models and presenting recommendations, using shared semantic-layer and DBT models.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of data science experience in a fast-moving business environment, with a track record of leading ambiguous, high-stakes problems.
  • •Hands-on experience with a modern cloud data stack including Snowflake, DBT, and BI tools such as Sigma, Looker, Metabase, Omni, or similar.
  • •Strong SQL and statistical modeling skills, including forecasting and causal inference models.
  • •Ability to love documentation and Git so others can build on your work.
  • •Comfort contributing to scalable data models, including shared semantic-layer/DBT workflows, and meeting stringent quality standards.
