Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Engage customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment while building client relationships daily.
  • •In partnership with store leadership, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results, supporting action plans focused on deficient areas.
