Organizational Development (OD) Specialist

Develop and implement organizational development initiatives across Click Group, supporting organizational design, performance management, competency frameworks, succession planning, and change management. Own processes such as updating job descriptions, managing the annual performance cycle, conducting training needs analysis, and running employee engagement programs. Build OD dashboards and reports using workforce and HR metrics, and facilitate adoption of new HR/business processes while partnering with department heads to improve employee experience.
