Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Fleet Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on the drone fleet (soldering, mechanical assembly, part replacement).
•Flight Operations: Pilot drones during test campaigns and act as the safety operator.
•Logistics: Manage inventory of spare parts, batteries, and field equipment; organize transport for test campaigns.
•Test Execution: Execute standard test protocols (checklists) and report results to the engineering team.
•Lab Management: Keep the workshop organized, safe, and fully stocked.

Key Requirements

•Technical degree or relevant experience in electronics, mechanics, or RC modeling.
•Excellent manual dexterity: soldering, wiring, and mechanical assembly.
•Organized and safety-conscious.
•Drone piloting: experience piloting multi-rotor or fixed-wing UAVs (certification is a plus).
•Willingness to travel for field testing.
