Key Requirements

  • •Be 18 years or older and complete at least 2–3 CXC/GCE subjects including English Language (or have a U.S. high school diploma or GED).
  • •Have at least 3 subjects inclusive of English (specified acceptable exam subjects listed).
  • •Possess valid (not expired) government-issued ID plus TRN and NIS cards, and pass required criminal background checks and drug tests as needed.
  • •Maintain flexible availability to work any day and any assigned shift, including weekends and public holidays, and be able to train and work onsite.
  • •Demonstrate strong customer support skills: excellent verbal/written communication, attention to detail, the ability to multitask while navigating systems/CRM apps, and typing skills (minimum 35 wpm at 80% accuracy).
