Key Responsibilities

  • •Roll out and execute the international events roadmap across active markets, translating strategy into actionable on-site plans.
  • •Coordinate event resourcing, including sourcing and onboarding local contractors, production agencies, and catering/venue vendors.
  • •Manage logistics, travel, and scheduling for instructors and talent participating in international activations.
  • •Deliver on-site live event execution, bringing global creative concepts to life in culturally relevant ways.
  • •Own on-site operations (attendee check-in, crowd management, venue setup, VIP hospitality, troubleshooting) and ensure compliance via legal requirements, contracts, and permits.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience managing end-to-end event execution and producing experiential campaigns across global markets (Australia, Germany, Canada, the UK, or new expansion territories).
  • •Demonstrated experience managing event resourcing, including contractor oversight, staffing allocation, and production coordination.
  • •Hands-on experience executing guest management, ticketing, and invite strategies across diverse target audiences.
  • •Strong financial discipline tracking event budgets and monitoring event KPIs.
  • •Experience coordinating international vendors and logistics, including venue permitting and regional data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR).
