Key Responsibilities

•Serve as Project Manager for small to large ports and navigation projects including dredging, beneficial use of dredged materials, feasibility studies and coastal restoration projects.
•Provide technical leadership for projects from the planning phase through construction on all aspects of multi-disciplinary projects.
•Coordinate with other discipline leads, clients, consultants, and agencies in management and implementation of projects.
•Prepare technical memoranda, planning studies and final design calculations, plans and specifications.
•Mentor junior staff and build relationships with clients and industry professionals.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS in Coastal, Ocean, Naval Architecture, or Civil Engineering plus 8 years of relevant work experience, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
•Texas Professional Engineer License.
•Willingness to travel (typically for one to three days occasionally).
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with clients, consultants, and agencies.
•Knowledge or familiarity in AutoCAD and/or GIS.
