Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor execution of project HSE activities to ensure requirements are met per the project HSE plan and HSEMS.
  • •Develop and implement field emergency response procedures and evacuation plans.
  • •Deliver HSE trainings on incident prevention, first aid, and safety awareness; lead daily tool box talks.
  • •Identify hazards and unsafe conditions daily, raise observation reports, and record corrective measures; address and report violations.
  • •Ensure risk assessments are completed before work starts and that inspections, inductions, and reporting (daily/weekly/monthly) are maintained.

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience, including 3 years relevant experience in HSE.

  • •Ability to investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering, plus a Diploma in NEBOSH or related technical certificates.
