•Define the strategic framing of the operation, considering client and operation needs across Latin America.
•Establish the end-to-end production/logistics planning and coordinate day-to-day execution with a long-term vision.
•Manage a team of Supervisors and Team Leaders, ensuring development, DNA adherence, performance tracking and turnover/absenteeism control.
•Design tools and logics to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in outbound processes.
•Act as the point of resolution for critical operational bottlenecks, coordinating with cross-functional areas to unblock execution.
