Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications, ensuring timely restoration and SLA adherence, including root cause analysis for recurring issues.
•Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; perform maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades with vendors and internal teams.
•Assess, implement, and validate application changes (configurations, patches, upgrades) through controlled release processes, including impact analysis and rollback planning.
•Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and escalations, especially for regulated healthcare workflows.
•Maintain knowledge articles, runbooks, and audit documentation, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and data privacy/security standards.

Key Requirements

•Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications while adhering to SLAs and performing root cause analysis.
•Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; perform regular maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades with vendors and internal teams.
•Assess, implement, and validate application changes (configurations, patches, upgrades) through controlled release processes with impact analysis and rollback planning.
•Serve as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and escalations for regulated healthcare workflows.
•Experience supporting business management/portfolio and reporting processes, including configuring dashboards and KPIs and troubleshooting SaaS PPM platforms and permissions.
