Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide SEM support for various technology nodes of NAND development.
  • •Operate and perform minor maintenance of SEMs, including safe sample preparation using tools such as an acid hood, sputter coaters, ion millers, UV cleaners, and etchers.
  • •Perform construction analysis using SEM with strong attention to detail.
  • •Troubleshoot SEM tool issues and optimize tool performance through continuous improvement.
  • •Collaborate with engineers to evaluate and implement AI-based solutions for SEM image processing, defect classification, and knowledge management.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field.
  • •Good understanding of FAB process steps such as wet etch, dry etch, PVD, ALD, CMP, etc.
  • •Experience in SEM or FIB operation.
  • •Ability to prioritize and work independently.
  • •PC skills including M.S. Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote), plus willingness to work any rotating shift.
