Test Center Administrator (PT)

Serve as the face of Prometric in the Bismarck test center by greeting examinees, verifying identification, and enforcing test-center policies. Proctor computer-based exams, perform security checks (including wand use), and monitor candidates throughout testing to uphold exam integrity. Handle candidate issues with urgency, maintain a secure environment and materials, and complete required reporting and, when applicable, fingerprint scanning.
