Participate in a comprehensive onboarding and rotation program spanning operations, sales & service, lending, small business, preferred, and sales/operations management. Develop deep consumer and small business relationships through consultative selling, credit/financial analysis, and a Financial Needs Assessment-based book of business strategy. Learn to source, coach, and lead a team while cultivating a “One Bank” culture and supporting community initiatives, with supervisory responsibilities after training.

Key Responsibilities

•Complete the FCMA onboarding roadmap and day-one through program completion, including consultative selling skills certification.
•Deepen consumer and small business customer relationships through a memorable customer experience.
•Maintain working knowledge of bank products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
•Execute consultative selling to identify financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
•Source, develop, coach, and lead a team to reinforce core values and business strategies, including supervisory feedback and employee development.

Salary: USD 45,100 - 85,600 annually

Key Requirements

•College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
•Ability to professionally represent the bank in verbal and written communication.
•Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
•Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
•This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
