Job Summary

Serve as a trusted technical advisor in the German Sales Organization, working with automotive customers to understand business and security needs and demonstrate how Fortinet’s Security Fabric addresses them. Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts, while supporting planning and execution using Fortinet solutions. Collaborate with sales, partners, and internal systems engineers, conduct enablement sessions, and help accelerate strategic deals through technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Work with prospective and existing customers as a trusted technical advisor to understand business and technical requirements and demonstrate Fortinet’s Security Fabric.
•Design and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) that communicate Fortinet’s value and differentiation.
•Plan, set up, and execute PoCs using Fortinet solutions to ensure technical success and strengthen customer confidence.
•Conduct technical enablement sessions and workshops for partners, deepening their expertise to position Fortinet solutions.
•Collaborate with sales teams, partners, and internal systems and solution architects to accelerate deal cycles through technical leadership.

Key Requirements

•Fluency in both German and English and confidence presenting in both languages.
•Hands-on experience in networking and/or IT security from a vendor, system integrator, service provider, consulting firm, or enterprise IT environment.
•Experience in pre-sales is valuable, with a customer-facing ambition and technical strength encouraged to apply.
•Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and convincingly.
•Willingness to travel to engage directly with customers, partners, and industry events.
