Key Responsibilities

  • •Stand up the Arsenal-1 supply chain function by defining charter/scope, building an integrated phased plan with entry/exit criteria, and setting governance via risk register, dependency map, and executive cadence.
  • •Drive material and supplier readiness across qualification, capacity reservation, tooling, and dual-source coverage, including readiness sequences for BOM release and constrained/long-lead parts.
  • •Own the operating model: planning cadences, shortage escalation, receiving/inspection flow, kitting/line-feed, cycle counting, change control, and decision rights.
  • •Turn the standup into day-to-day execution by replacing heroics with documented processes/cadences, hiring and developing planners/buyers/material leaders, and scaling org structure.
  • •Mature systems and institutionalize continuous improvement by stabilizing ERP/MRP and planning tooling, establishing KPI/review rhythms, and shifting the team from firefighting to steady-state execution.

Salary: USD 190,000 - 252,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in supply chain, materials management, planning, or manufacturing operations in a hardware or manufacturing environment, with 5+ years managing people and at least 2 years managing managers or leading a multi-team function.
  • •Built and scaled an organization, including hiring senior talent, developing managers, designing structure, and creating a culture that retains strong operators.
  • •Owned S&OP or an equivalent enterprise planning process end to end, with real accountability for material availability and schedule attainment.
  • •Systems-fluent, data-driven, and able to work across ERP/MRP platforms and advanced planning tools to improve tooling when needed.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.
