Provide front-line, customer-facing service across multiple Independent Bank branches in a floating role. Progress through levels that include community banking expertise, consumer loan intake/origination (as applicable), digital product navigation, advanced branch operations (vault, ATM, disputes, wire transfers), and participation in sales management routines and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist clients with transaction services and provide friendly, efficient solutions using Independent Bank products and services.
•Gain and apply knowledge of Independent Bank account frameworks, including opening new accounts to increase client relationships.
•Demonstrate Independent Bank digital products and services and assist clients with navigation.
•In higher levels, take consumer loan applications and conduct advanced branch operations including vault, ATM duties, cash items, debit/credit card disputes, instant issue debit cards, and wire transfers.
•Identify referral opportunities, participate in IB Edge Sales Management routines (roadmaps and check-ins), and in the most senior level mentor and instruct other team members.

•High school diploma or equivalent education is required.
•Outstanding client service skills.
•Cash handling experience is preferred (training is provided).
•Ability to adapt to new ideas, processes, workflows, and systems.
