Job Function: Legal, Risk & Compliance

Key Responsibilities

•Own negotiation and execution of MSAs, amendments, and commercial terms while balancing protection with speed and pragmatism
•Translate legal and compliance constraints into business decisions to unblock revenue and growth
•Coordinate with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Compliance, and Leadership to manage cross-functional initiatives
•Build models and evaluate unit economics, risks, and scalability to support strategic decisions
•Act as a thought partner and problem owner, sitting in high-context conversations and driving outcomes beyond analysis

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 2,800 - 3,500 monthly

Key Requirements

•Must have a track record of operating across multiple functions (Sales, CS, Marketing, Compliance, Leadership) to drive business outcomes
•Ability to model and analyze initiatives in Google Sheets and read P&Ls
•Comfort with ambiguity and judgment calls, comfortable interfacing with clients and executives
•Strong collaboration skills with the ability to negotiate, structure deals, and manage risk with external counsel
•Experience translating legal/compliance constraints into actionable business decisions and revenue impact
